Desert Facts • The worlds largest desert is in the Sahara it is in North Africa it is 3,500,000 square miles also it is 9,065,000 square kilometers. • Believe or not there are hot and cold deserts. • There is only ten inches of or less of rain per year. • Desserts are very hot and dry. • In the night it is in the 40’s or 50’s.
