3. Seven Barriers to Leadership Seven (7) Deadly Sins have been used since early Christian times to define human vice or evil thought. Avoid these destructive behaviors as they have been the demise of many leaders. The Seven are: LUST, GLUTTONY, GREED, SLOTH, WRATH, ENVY, & PRIDE.
