1) Notes from Student Services… • Course Changes for Semester Two • Registration for 2012-2013 in December / January (return to upgrade) • ALL STUDENTS must “register” including those who are not returning: Course Codes: 2Coll 2Uni 2Work

2) College Applications continued… • Applications will be open near December 1st • Deadline for applications is Feb. 1st. Don’t wait until the last minute!! • Cost is $ 95 (2011) • Each applicant may choose up to 5 programs

UniversityApplications continued… • Applications are due early in January 2013 Don’t wait until the last minute! • Cost is $125 ($42 for each additional choice – 2011 fee) • Access PIN required (please see Ms. Wasiuk to pick up your confidential PIN – PIN’s must be signed for and will not be given to friends etc.)
University Applications continued…For University, a minimum of 6 4U/4M courses are needed (English is compulsory / Co-op does not count) Please your counsellor for more information…
5) Eligibility to Graduate… • In September, we provided a copy of your credit counselling summary. If you didn’t receive one, please come by Student Services. • Ensure ALL grad requirements are fulfilled including compulsory and elective courses
5) Eligibility to Graduate continued… • Ensure all requirements to graduate are fulfilled including: • Submission of completed community service hours (40 hours by April 30th, 2013)! • Successful completion of the Literacy Requirement.
6) Graduation Timelines: Sept-November: Research…. Plan….. Investigate…… December – February: College/University Applications February 2013: • Grad Photos • Eligibility to Graduate: List Posted and Updated Throughout the Spring
6) Graduation Timelines Continued… April 2013: • 40 Hours of Community Service must be completed, submitted and recorded. May 2013: • Graduation/Commencement Invitations mailed to those eligible to graduate
