  2. Input Devices. • An input device is a device used to enter data into a piece of computer or device Examples: Keyboard Mouse

  3. Output Devices. • An output device is a piece of hardware that outputs data that has previously been entered in to the device. Examples: Monitor Printer:

  4. Processing device • Data is entered into a computer using an input device such as a keyboard. It will then be outputted through your monitor or another device. For the data to be outputted when it is inputted it has to be processed.

  5. Storage device • Once data has been inputted and processed it has to be stored it could be stored temporality or it could be stored permanently. Examples: USB
