Naval Intelligence Community Update 2008 Employee Survey Results Good News • Increase in participation • 2006/758 • 2007/726 • 2008/875 • Employees are collaborating more with members of other IC agencies. • Employees feel their work is important and that it relates to the agency’s goals and priorities. • Employees feel that supervisor support of family/work balance, even though slightly lower than last year, remains high.
