What is the Employee Benchmark Survey? • It’s a survey of your employees’ engagement and satisfaction levels, benchmarked against other organizations in the Region.
Why should your organization take part in EBS2008? EBS2008 • will give you specific feedback on issues affecting your employees’ performance and productivity. • will objectively identify your organization’s strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations for you to consolidate your strengths and address your weaknesses. • will give you information to improve your talent management, performance management, Balanced Scorecard, training and development strategies, practices and programmes; • will identify the Regional Norms and Benchmarks for employee satisfaction and engagement for you to compare yourself; • can help identify you as an “Employer of Choice”, so that you can attract and retain the best talent locally, regionally and internationally.
What will EBS2008 measure? • 10 Key Indicators of Business Success: • Employee Engagement (new to EBS2008) • Strategic Alignment • Leadership & Management • Human Resource Management • Management/Employee Relations • Internal Communication • Supervision • Work Organization • Customer Focus • Corporate Social Responsibility (new to EBS2008)
What we do Quality Consultants will: • make pre-survey orientation presentations to your company, if required. • work with you to customize our EBS questionnaire to include your demographics and specific items, if required. • administer the survey online or paper-based, ensuring confidentiality and anonymity. • analyze the survey data. • give you an individual Report of your company’s results, with recommendations for improvement. • benchmark your company’s results against the other participating companies at the end of the Survey. • help roll out the results to your employees, if required.
What you get • An easy-to-understand, customized Report of your Survey Results, in both soft and hardcopy, including: • Your company’s strengths and weaknesses, colour-coded for easy identification; • Your People Satisfaction Index™, an overall index of employee satisfaction in your company; • Your demographic results, if any; • Recommendations for improvement based on best practices from benchmark companies. • A PowerPoint presentation of your company results for presentation to management and staff. • A Benchmark Report of the overall results of the Survey, with Survey Norms & Benchmarks and your results benchmarked against the other participating organizations, coded to maintain your anonymity.
When will EBS2008 be conducted? • Companies surveyed: April – September 2008 • Benchmark Report: Last Quarter 2008
What’s the cost for taking part? • Survey Management Fee • Paper-based OR web-based: US$1,800.00 • Paper-based AND web-based): US$2,500.00 • Questionnaire Processing Fee: • Standard questionnaire: US$10.00 per employee • Customized questionnaire: standard fee plus US$0.50 per demographic or item per employee • Additional reports (e.g., departments): US$200.00 ea.
