  2. Common air pollutants • Air Bourne lead • Carbon monoxide • Nitrogen oxide Organic pollutants • Sulphur dioxide • These are some of the air pollutants you will find in the closest city to you or just a town

  3. What Causes Air Pollution Air pollution is mainly caused from people but some of the natural causes are smoke, gases, Bushfires, Volcano eruptions, pollen and wind erosion spreading soil and other substances into the air are just some of the natural causes of air pollution. Many of the human causes are from burning of fuels such as transport, factories and power plants. When the fuel is burnt it turns into soots, smog and acid rain. Burning wood in fire places and fumes from paint, hair spray, aerosols, varnish and also cleaning products are some of the things from home that also pollute the air.

  4. What Air pollution does to the environment Sometimes if the air we breathe is really polluted it can make us sick and it is known to cause different types of lung diseases or even strokes and heart problems .Sometimes the air can cause your eyes or nose to burn, make breathing difficult or irritate your throat forcing you to cough. Sometimes air pollution can cause damage to trees/different types of plants, lakes, animals and water and even dirty and or damage buildings, statues and other types of structures. Air pollution is responsible for global warming becoming much worse mainly over recent years, causing the ozone layer to shrink and air pollution also causes acid rain which is toxic to the environment as well.
