He is currently a senior food scientist working for DuPont Nutrition & Health, he was a professor at my school before 2005 years. • 研究领域及成果:He isfocusing on research and development (R&D) of lipid oxidation and antioxidants.As a principal investigator, has successfully completed more than 50 R&D projects and developed more than 10 new products in the companies.He has been invited to review articles for more than ten scientific Journals, such as “Food Chemistry” and “Journal of Microencapsulation” in Europe, “Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry” and “Journal of Food Science” in U.S. He has published more than 40 referred Journal articles, 4 patents, 1 book and and 2 book chapters. His research articles were cited by other researchers for more than 600 times worldwide . • 学术兼职:He is and was an editorial board member of Journal of Biotechnology & Biomaterials in U.S.A. and an Editorial Board member of Journal of Functional Foods in Health and Disease in U.S.A.
