  11. Overcoming the Challenges • Chapter Official Participation – Informed through reports and during Public Hearings. • CLUPC membership – Filled • Public Participation – Provided lunch. Offered Public Hearing twice at different hours. Media to explain and invite community members. Door prizes at the hearings. • Community Assessment – Span of collecting data was extended to 3 month period. Incentives were provided.
