  2. Deep in the dark night

  3. there lived a bat named Flappy.

  4. Flappy hung upside down in his home, Cave Mountain.

  5. Flappy had many friends. Some were big bats called Mega bats.

  6. Others were small bats called Micro bats.

  7. Flappy the bat flew around looking for things to eat but could not find any.

  8. Mama the mega bat smelled fruits miles away and sent Flappy to find them.

  9. Flappy flew and flew and flew until he arrived in the deep woods.

  10. When he arrived he found many fruits, insects, and spiders to eat.

  11. Flappy was thirsty so he had a drink of water from a stream.

  12. As day turned to night he forgot his way back to Cave Mountain and became lost.

  13. He remembered that he could only see in black and white since he was a micro bat.

  14. He began to cry because he was scared and the night was getting colder.

  15. He then remembered he could make really high pitched sounds from his nose and mouth that would help him find his way.

  16. Those sounds helped him figure out where he was and guided him back home.

  17. Once he found his way home to Cave Mountain he was delighted to see his Mama Mega bat.

  18. All his micro bat friends were really happy to see him too.

  19. They went into Cave Mountain where they hibernated and slept all winter long.

  20. Until it was time to wake up.The End.
