Broadband We at HDC Economic Development have:~ • Set up project group to work with BT to: • try to ensure their investment covers as much of our community as possible; and • to explore potential for combining technologies with private sector investment plans to extend coverage to more rural areas. • a successful pilot project is now underway in Broughton
