2. General terms and conditions for Motorbike Nguyen Tu. Rent is payable on the date of commencement of this conteact. Rent is payable in US Dollars or VND at the current exchange rates set by VietcomaBank Once any 24hours period begins rent for the full 24 hours is payable The rent is not refundable Party B must inform Party A of any problem with the motorbike as soon as possible And Party A will try hepl. 3. Please note: if Party B Has paid to fix the motorbike in the mechanic’s without letting Party A will not be responsible for any charge claimed. The cost to fix the motorbike will be on Party A account if those problems are due to: Reasonable wear and tear on the motorbike caused by using the motorbike in the way it was intended. Please note: if Party B Has paid to fix the motorbike in the mechanic’s if Party A’s approval, Party A will reimburse those charges on Party A’s account as stated in 1.5 above in full and not be responsible for any incidental charges claimed. The fees for a new set of key is 100.000VND plus any delivery charge incurred If the motorbike has any problem, Party B must take it to the nearest authorized mechanic shop to get fixed party A can hepl take the motorbike to the shop if: 1, The motorbike in Hanoi Area 2, Party B can not drive due to injury. However, a fee might be charged for transporttation of the motorbike. If party B changes or fixes the motorbike the motorbike without informing Party A befor hand or without Party A’s approval, Party A will not be responsible for any charge claimed. Lost/ theft/ write off In the even of Lost/ theft/ writte off motorbike party A will: 1, request party B for the motorbike. Party A will then give party B the motorbike’ registration paper so that party B can claim the motorbike should the police find it. 2, Hepl report the missing motorbike to the police 3, Estimate and inform party B the motorbike’ current value If the police retrieve your motorbike, Party B must infrom party A as soon as possible so that party A can get it back. Party B will be responsible for any charges incurred which may include fines, storage, or transportation.
