  4. Office of the Treasurer • Financial consideration • Diocesan operating budget came in on budget for 2010 • Accounting policies were reviewed and updated • Net asset grew from • $30.7M in 2009 to $32.0 M in 2010 • Total Assets grew from • $95.2M in 2009 to $99.6M in 2010

Office of the Treasurer • Along with Finance Committee oversees the annual audit conducted by an independent auditing firm • Clark Schaefer & Hackett conducted the audit in 2010 and issued an unqualified audit opinion – ‘clean audit • Audit firm continues to recommend Diocese hire a controller
