  14. Insertion of a new measure Approach to avoid The new measure “Information Society” replaces the measure “Technical assistance” bearing its reference. Recommended Approach The initial order is maintained and the new measure bears a new reference

  15. Suppression of an existing measure + add of a new measure Approach to avoid The new measure “Information Society” replaces the deleted measure “Advanced services”. In this case the data of the measure “Advanced services” will be lost. Recommended Approach The financial data of the deleted measure “Advanced services” are set to zero. The new measure “Information Society” bears a new reference.
