What is “Informing Your Career Choices?” This workshop, Informing Your Career Choices, has been specifically designed for doctors who may be uncertain or reconsidering their career direction. We take only a maximum of 10 trainees on the session, giving you the opportunity to meet others in similar situations and to discover a way to plan and move forward. What is “Informing Your Career Choices?” This workshop, Informing Your Career Choices, has been specifically designed for doctors who may be uncertain about their career direction. We take only 8 trainees on the session, giving you the opportunity to meet others in similar situations and to discover a way to plan and move forward. What to expect • Structured methods for career exploration. • Discussion with peers in similar situations. • Strategies to build confidence and insight. • Recognise barriers and their impact. • Follow up one to one sessions if required. Who can attend? Any doctor in training currently working in the East Midlands region. Please note that this workshop has a different emphasis from our standard workshops for F1 doctors offered in April – June. Places are limited so please discuss your needs with us prior to booking a place. How do I book a place?
