Migration to the new authentication for IPC restricted access systems Highlights: • Based on Personal logins • Centralized identity management (Office, email address, … • Ultimately, single sign-on for all WIPO IT solutions supporting the IPC (or other business domain) • Users administrators for large office assign the business area (e.g. IPC, NICE,…) • Self assistance for forgotten, username or password

Migration to the new authentication for IPC restricted access systems Procedure: • Candidate users self register under https://www3.wipo.int/wipoaccounts (prefer professional email accounts with Office extension e.g. @wipo.int ) • Inform ipc.mail@wipo.int of their username and office • IPC section decides if they grant “IPC” rights to this account and inform candidate when done. • User can access restricted access IPC systems already migrated
