  4. Verification and Notification • Verify that an earthquake has happened and initiate notification. (Mitch Withers, Steve Brewer, Holly Withers) • Integrated with NEIC Response • http://earthquake.usgs.gov/ens/

  5. Field Studies • Coordinate and conduct appropriate field studies following an earthquake. (Horton, Staff) • Coordinate with USGS, State EMA and Geological Survey • CUS Clearinghouse Plan • CUS RAMP

  6. Information Response • Coordinate the media/public interaction from CERI. (Patterson, Bateman, Faculty and Staff) • Information Coordinator and the Coordination Desk • Troubleshooter • Talking Points

  7. Assessment • Evaluate CERI’s response following significant earthquakes. (RRG)
