ONE STOP GOVBring together govs and citizens! Ourworkprocess
1. The concept From “HicSuntDracones” to thefirst idea to workwith. Cocreationwasfor us a key idea.
2. The interviews and thevisits We talked about citizens and innovation in public services with public servants of diferent public administrations and citizens. We asked them what’s the colour of the public services nowadays (red, green, black) and how is the relationship between the public sector and the citizenship. We also visited the Apple Store in Barcelona and talked with some workers and clients.
3. The discussion We discussed about our services or product after the information that we had collected during the morning.
4. Prototyping open spaces We created two prototypes, one for the outside space and on for the inside space. We identified diferent services in each space(like autochecking, info-bar, superexpert corner, child corner, open data screens...) and we pointed the public servants (in orange), the citizens (in blue) and the volunteers (in orange and blue). This pictures is from the inside space.
4. Prototyping open spaces This picticture is from outside space. It was important the relationship between inside and outside spaces and also the mixt between work and leisure.
5. Asking to thecitizens We checked our open spaces prototypes with men and women of different ages and familiar situations. We also picked up their views and proposals to improve our services.
6. The Business Model We defined our business model helped by the Canvas Business Model and the GovJam team.
7. How doesthespacework? We drew the story of one citizen, a man that come to the open space with his grandson and do some activities there,
8. Comunication!! We made different videos during the Govjam to explain you what were we doing! You can access in http://tinyurl.com/kntqnep
