Three-year Outcomes • Design and initiation of the bold, large-scale projects necessary to restore the natural function of the MI River land-building process; • Approval and funding of a balanced hurricane protection and restoration plan for coastal LA that allows communities and businesses to thrive and the ecosystem to flourish • Creation of sustained national and state political will necessary to ensure that the projects and the plan become reality.
