Presentations • an introduction putting WOPs Global Alliance (WOP GA) in context was given by Bert Diphoorn • Message of Support from the Government of India • an overview and update of WOP was presented by Julie Perkins • the structure, governance and guiding principles of WOP GA were presented by Faraj El-Awar • the geo-referenced utility benchmarking system as a tool for WOPs was presented by Graham Alabaster • CAPNET, the international network for capacity building in sustainable water management, and partner of WOP GA, was presented by Kees Leendertse
