FOCUS WV : Foundation for Overcoming Challenges & Utilizing Strengths • Facilitates revitalization in two stages: • Stage I: $5,000 plus Decision Enhancer • Site Analysis • Revitalization Planning • Stage II: $12,000 plus support • Site Design • Marketing Implementation
Brownfields Inventory • Site data will include: • Site name • Location • Environmental assessment information • Zoning • Ownership info • Site size • NBAC program status • Infrastructure data • Identifies and tracks current and potential brownfields properties
WV Redevelopment Collaborative • Addressing redevelopment problems on specific projects: • Multi-disciplinary approach to redevelopment issues • Assembles Brownfields Redevelopment Teams composed of faculty and experts from across WV • Awards $5,000 in program funding, plus travel expenses for Team Members
