HOME VISITS • REMAIN CALM; IF PARENT HAS A PROBLEM YOU CAN NOT HANDLE • LET THEM KNOW YOU WILL CONSULT AND GET BACK TO THEM WITH A RESPONSE • CALL IN THE TEAM FOR A STAFFING OR CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE AGENCY FOR ANSWERS
