  10. Dissemination Activities & Responsibilities 1. Each country will make a detailed presentation on disseminationactivitiesfield of OHS project. 2. At least ten shares will be made by labeling the project's social media accounts until the fourth transnational meeting, and these dissemination activities will be reported at the fourth transnational meeting. Within the scope of dissemination activities, recognition of the project will be ensured through the use of project introduction materials in two meetings (conferences, symposia) held in their countries.   12. 4. The social media accounts of the Project shall be followed and Gaziantep University and Turkish National Agency shall be labeled in the Project studies and activities. 5. The promotion/introduction materials (banners, brochures, files, pencils, etc.) shall be prepared and the designed materials shall be printed and produced after sending e-mail to Gaziantep University and obtaining the approval of Gaziantep University. 7. Aboutyourassignmentdocuments • We have to see the project reference number, project name and the all personnel who has participated and will participate to the TPMs and also have got and will get a budget by timesheet documents in the assignment document. Some institutions / organizations can sentdifferent types of assignment document and they are also enough for us because NA would like to see the personnel having a relation directly with the project.
