What WE HAVE done • Integration of Different Approaches and Processes • SO Models (WV Germany, WV Canada, WV US) • S and T Elements in Re/Design, Monitoring and Evaluation • WV Business Processes
What we HAVE done • Capacity Strengthening of Relevant Community Members and ADP, NO, SO and RO Staff • Action Learning, Shadowing and Mentoring; NO level S and T Capacity Mapping • RO Team Capacity Strengthening • SO Training of Trainers
What we have done • NO Level Contextualization • Country Level Support to priority countries • NO Level Business Process Review Refinement • Refinement of NO S and T Strategy/Processes
What have we achieved so far? • Drafted High Level Guidance on S and T • Tested and Refined S and T Tools • Trained a pool trainers at different levels • NOs rolling out the processes on their own • Collaboration with PSTs • Institutionalization at the APRO PQ Team
What have we learned? • Diversity in Asia requires NO level contextualization. • Transition planning makes phase out a ‘celebration’ rather than a ‘dreaded’ eventuality • Harmonization of S and T Processes with WV Business Processes
What is our plan for fy 2013? • Continuing support to NOs for ‘old’ ADP transition • Focus on DPA (Design and Re/design) = sub regional events and NO level contextualization support • Continuing support to NOs on S and T strategy refinement
