Priority Axis 1: Entrepreneurship & Innovation The Priority Axis 1 ‘Entrepreneurship & Innovation’ ensures an integrated, structured and inclusive approach (1) to effectively address territorial competitiveness and skills’ gap, (2) to overcome markets’ fragmentation and (3) to foster business environment that could further unleash untapped cooperation potential. Thematic keywords: territorial competitiveness; innovation capacity; skills’ development, economic growth. Types of beneficiaries (non-exhaustive list): Umbrella organisations of SMEs (such as chambers of commerce, of industry, economic chambers and other legal entities representing SMEs or SMEs professional networks in the programme area); Development and planning agencies; Local, regional and national authorities involved in business’ management; Technology transfer centres and universities; Innovation support networks; Non-governmental and Civil Society organisations. Priority Axis 2: Environment The Priority Axis 2 ‘Environment’ ensures an integrated, holistic approach (1) to improve the environment, (2) to strengthen sustainable development and (3) to generate sustainable growth and sustainable employment that could set the basis for shared sustainable growth goals. • Thematic keywords: biodiversity; sustainable development, inclusive growth, employment; ecosystem-based management. • Types of beneficiaries (non-exhaustive list): Local, regional and national authorities; Environmental and development agencies; Protected/designated areas’ management organisations and bodies; Non-governmental and Civil Society organisations; Umbrella organisations of SMEs (such as chambers of commerce, of industry, economic chambers and other legal entities representing SMEs or SMEs professional networks in the programme area).
