MAIN SPECs • The systems keeps under control all hydraulic and electric components of the machine. • The human interface on basket and the portable auxiliary are modular CAN BUS HMImc units, including the new MOBA hall effect joystick technology. • The CAN BUS connection of the HMImc reduces cables between the basket and turret • Controller units are fully redundant • CoDeSys software development is supported by MOBA • Waterproofness is guarantied by fully potted units • CAN Open and redundant angle sensors assure easy implementation and high performance • The redundant architecture is designed to be compliant to the European safety standards Michele Aparo
MAIN FUNCTIONS • Chassis high accuracy self leveling • Working envelope is based on outrigger-extension • LMI control is based on 4 working zones according to the rotation position. “angle/pressure” tables define the limit pressure for all boom positions • Redundant, moment-compensated load cell to measure the weight inside the cage • «Home» function: automatic self closure by pressing one button only • «Wall» function: automatic vertical movement of the basket • «Memory» function: automatic movement of the machine to the stored position • Display visualises the complete machine status • Advanced fault code detection to allow easy and fast troubleshooting Michele Aparo
