  3. MOC • We are glad to work with Russian and Spanish colleagues on Chinese Contribution to WSO MOC • We are still open for back up WMOC • Back up functioning component of WMOC

  4. SOC • Support Chinese Astronomical Community • Support for LSS development, operations, and in-orbit calibration and processing
