Email Invitation • The meeting host will send you an e-mail with instructions for logging into the Webinar including: • The date and time of the meeting • The call in telephone number for the meeting • The meeting number • The password of the meeting (if there is one) • A link to access the meeting • The technical assistance call in number For technical Assistance Please Call: 301-918-7304
Logging into the Meeting • The Webinar will be open 1 hour prior to the meeting start time • Disable your pop-up blockers • Go to Optimal Corporate Web Office http://optimalsolutionsgroup.webex.com • Insert the meeting number provided in the invitation into the space saying “Join a WebEx Meeting:” and click the green arrow For technical Assistance Please Call: 301-918-7304
Logging into the Meeting Continued • Enter your name and affiliation as you would like it to appear to other meeting attendees • Enter the password from you invitation. If there is no password leave it blank • Click “Join” to join the meeting (this may take a few minutes) • You will then see a screen saying meeting in progress For technical Assistance Please Call: 301-918-7304

In the Meeting • Once you are in the meeting you will see whatever the presenter chooses to share • The presenter may share • A slide show • An Internet page • Any application on the computer (Word, Excel etc.) • A whiteboard (that all participants can write on simultaneously) • Their desktop (whatever is on the presenters desktop will appear on your desktop) For technical Assistance Please Call: 301-918-7308

Joining the Teleconference • You must join the Webinar before calling into the conference line • When you enter the Webinar a pop up will display the teleconference number, meeting number and an attendee ID number. • Please keep this screen open until you have entered the call • You will need to dial the number, enter the meeting number and then enter your attendee ID number. • During the call you will be muted unless it is a time for open responses For technical Assistance Please Call: 301-918-7308
Additional Webinar information • Please use a landline phone to avoid a bad connection and excessive background noise • Please avoid use of wireless networks when possible as it may disrupt your ability to view the meeting • Learn more about webinars at: https://my.webex.com/join • Remember to disable your pop-up blocker
