  2. Team Building • It is important to Recognize each others strengths and weaknesses and utilize them • Trust, courtesies, and establishing routine procedures are key for effective team building • Create a team with unity of purpose

  4. Motivating Members • Member of the Month • Highlight the Member of the Month on the website and in the newsletter • Enhanced Membership • Encourage members to chair events • Ask for membership input

  5. Member Appreciation Dinner/BBQ • Member Mentors • One sheet Welcome Letter to the new members • Create awareness and encourage scholarships available to Phi Theta Kappa Members

  6. Creating Awareness • Phi Theta Kappa Posters • Faculty Mentor Program • Club Fair Table • Create a Website • Send Newsletter to Students who are eligible • Student Government
