Video Camera Cost • Flip Camera - $100-$300 • Camera Phone - $100+ (plus user fees) • Zoom Q3HD - $200-$350 • Canon Vixia - $250-$1,000 • Canon EOS Rebel - $600 • Professional Camera - $1,500+
Don’t Forget the Audio! look for cameras with external microphone inputs
YouTube Basics Under YouTube settings – set Advertisements to:“Do not allow advertisements to be displayed alongside my videos”
Under Channel settings (found on left side of Video Manager page) – go to Defaults:Set Comments and responses to: Allow comments “Approved” You might want to deselect “Users can view ratings for this video” (to avoid dislikes showing up on your video’s page)
Editing with YouTube Trimming your video & tweaking with the contrast/color is located on the video’s edit page under Enhancements
