PGES GOALS • Every child in every classroom will be taught by a highly effective teacher. • Every school in every district will be led by a highly effective principal.
USED ESEA Flexibility TLE Requirements • Used for continual improvement of instruction/student achievement • Differentiate performance using at least three performance levels • Use multiple valid measures, including a significant factor of student growth • Evaluate educators on a regular basis • Provide clear, timely, and useful feedback to guide professional development • Inform personnel decisions
