In BĒNE BAKERY. Anna Brigadere`s primary school In Tērvete, LATVIA 2012/2013. Baking bread. About 50 varieties of bread are baked in this bakery It is small bakery with 36 workers only . All the main work is done at night so we did not see all the process of making and baking .
