2. Problem Description • South Hills is moving away from their current School Management System to a system called Top School. • Top School currently has no system to evaluate and manage the Interns performance. • South Hills needs an updated system to track the performance of students on Internships. • The South Hills Internship Training Team will address these issues by creating a new system prototype.

3. Scope • The new system prototype will have an evaluation questionnaire custom tailored to the needs of each major. • The new system will also have revised evaluation selection criteria. • Eliminate 24 hour or military time and use 12 hour civilian time in new system. • Prototype will be used for all the majors except for the DMS major. • DMS department will use Trajecsys • Trajecsys provides specialized databases for keeping track of students scans. • Trajecsys will cost $75 per student for one semester.
