School to Work Alliance Program Thompson School District √ TSD √ DVR √ Area Businesses √Job Seekers * SWAP offers a continuum of employment services to youth with mild to moderate barriers to employment * • Students with IEP’s or 504 plans with diagnosed disabilities or youth that should have diagnosed dx • 16-25 years old (Mainly Seniors + available to work) • Goal of ‘win-win’ for client and business owner • Motivated to gain employment skills and opportunities!

Employer Incentives: □ Short-term Job Coaching □Employment Stipend-1 full month of wage reimbursement for permanent worker □ WOTC Work Opportunity Tax Credit □ On-going support for both parties Mission: To foster partnerships between business community and area youth in a meaning work relationship

  7. In the spirit of giving and fun! ST. BALDRICKS AND RESOURCE FAIR SWAP participants drew in the crowd as sign spinners and went above and beyond as booth assistants when volunteering in Thompson School District’s First Annual Event.
