  4. Why Prioritization? In the book “Good to Great” Jim Collins asks the question “Are you a hedgehog or a fox?”

  5. Why Prioritization? “The fox knows many things, but the hedgehog knows one big thing.”

  6. Why Prioritization? A Hedgehog Concept is not a goal to be the best, an intention to be the best, a plan to be the best. It is an understanding of what you can be the best at. The distinction is absolutely crucial.

  7. Why Prioritization? Prioritization worksheet is a tool that helps us to “see what is essential, and ignore the rest.” (Collins, p.91)
