Prize for Performance 2012 • 1 extra day off on your next BGSMC ward month IF the following are met by the Monday prior to switch day! • 90% of Evals in New Innovations complete/signed • TRACK/MKSAP 15 turned in on-time for the last 4 months • Eval Passports for the last 4 months turned in (if applicable) • Duty hours logged at least 50% of days during the last call month (this will start in September) • Banner Learning Center modules complete • Discharge summaries from VA complete on time • GS medical records up to date (when you look in Cerner your inbox and orders should be completely empty) • Infection precautions training completed… (see me if you don’t know what this is).
