  3. Roles • Comm facilitator : • Serve as laiasons, interpreters, and mediators between an organozation and its publics. • Maintain to-way comm & facilitating exchange by removing barriers in relationship and keeping channel of comm open. • Management & publics in mutual interest

  6. An Intro... Of Objective • PR memerlukan struktur yang fleksibel, organik, responsif dan kreatif • Untuk mementapkan kerja PR dalam iklim yang organik dibutuhkan objective • Objective adalah titik spesifik yang hendak dituju • Aims adalah objective yang terlalu umum dan bersifat kualitatif

  7. Corporate goals • Official goals • Biasa disebut mission, yakni maksud perusahaan didirikan, isinya bersifat umum dan idealis • Operative Goals • Merupakan penjabaran yang realistis atas operasi perusahaan
