Things I may need before I vote … Access to the OTM website (www.otms.nrhh.org) Have a login name and password (will be approved at least by the next day by the VPR if creating a new one) TIME! (you will be reading a lot of OTMs, set some time aside to carefully read each one) Possibly a writing utensil and paper (to jot down notes about the various points from the OTMs)
Steps for successful voting Log-on (with username and password) On the “Home” page you will see the OTMs that you will be able to vote on
Steps continued … For each OTM, under the “Read” header, click the word “OTM.” This will bring you to the OTM in a new tab where you will be able to read the OTM OTM categories with more than one submission will have no qualifying identity markers such as names (to help keep voting unbiased)
Steps continued … When you are ready to vote, click the radio for the OTM you want to select The radio should turn blue. The orange highlight of the OTM just means you have clicked on it (either to read or vote on)
… and that’s it! After you have clicked the radio, you can go ahead and click the “Submit” button. At the top of the page, a green message will appear that you have successfully voted on the OTM. You can always “Retract” a vote if you want to make a change to your vote.
VOTING Guidelines Voting will open for all UF NRHH members on the 4th of every month and run until the 8th.
