Home Mess User study • 8 interviews carried out on a variety of individuals such as elderly, working class - transcript (semi structured) • Contextual interview – saw several things happening which indicate they would find HMS useful. • Observation – what do you guys want to write for? Isn’t it the same as the above. • Data analysis – found that they still had several similar problems in terms of the communication between the individuals.

  5. Home Mess Key findings • Communication breakdown • Sticky notes getting lost ( resulting conflict) • Unreadable messages (bad hand writing) • Language barriers (not understand message) • Miss appointments • Messy calendars (many updates)
