Blackboard Master Agreement • Existing "Campus Edition - Limited" customers can renew under this agreement at 2008 Standard Pricing • Participants of the one year option will receive a 5% discount off listed 2008 Standard Pricing on both new and renewing agreements. • FDLC institutions that participate in the multi-year programs offered by Blackboard will receive more favorable pricing over the life of the three year agreement than one year agreements. • Multi- clustering options will be provided at no additional investment • FDLC benefits - Blackboard Day, Idea Exchange Seat etc.

  3. Angel Master Agreement • Proposal under review • Committee will respond and finalize in the next two weeks

  4. Desire2Learn • Final year of three year contract • Cost increase of 4% • New server infrastructure in deployment • Move to latest version - 8.3

  5. Smarthinking • Master agreement has been renewed for two years • Current agreement runs through July 31 • Renewals before July 31 will receive current pricing of $26 per hour • Renewals after that date will be at $28 per hour rate

  6. Adobe CLP Agreement • CLP master has been renewed for 2 years • Institutions can join the new agreement • Previous benefits are stil in effect • Consortium has selected Software House International (SHI) as its preferred VAR • RFP for permanent VAR is under discussion • Members may use SHI or any other VAR of their choice under the terms of the CLP agreement
