(1) Sharing experiences • For instance use the first meeting by telling what was the best experience you had in your work the past time ( addiction related) • Agenda : • make a round : what succes wil we talk about ( who’s succes) • Give the speaker 10 minutes to explain the experience • Give feedback from your own experience

7. (1) Sharing experiences • Try to pick up lessons from this experience • Tell each other what you have learned : Tips and tricks • Set time and date and place for next meeting together

(2) Evaluate a case together for instance: • There was a (major) accident • Alcohol abuse involved • Try to look together at all aspects of the case • Does anybody know the person involved • Age • Gender • Alcohol use • Heath / Medical aspects • How many incidents before • Social circumstances ( work, family, activities, community) • Punishement

10. Give information (b) • We will send the presentation on what is addiction with text on every slide • We will send leaflets and info material in english ( later to be translated in Pijin?)

11. Try to help people ( c) • We will send help plan ( “ alcohol check”) • Plan helps people to make up their mind and can be used to counsel people!
