How I percieveit…. • It is a changing pain, discontinued, that accentuates when I wake up and into the night. In many cases it also intensifies during periods I disminish my physical activity and stress (holidays, weekends)
How do I face the pain to make it compatible with my daily life …………… ● Pharmacological treatments: NSAIDs, Paracetamol, immunosuppresants, biological treatments and steroids ● Non pharmacological treatments: Physical therapy, adapted and personalized physical training, training inergonomic aids for joints and psychological counseling
Keys to living with chronic pain ● Do not wait for having no pain to normalize life, work life, leisure, moderate physical exercise ... because it could take time. ● Search solutions with common sense; cycles of rest and controlled exercise or activity, according to pain intensity. ● Know when and how pain presents ● Accept reality without unrealistic expectations.
