Team 3 Conceptual Basic Designs Plot Number : 7 Option – 1 Option – 2 Every team member started with one option each from our side We had a meeting and discussed all the options with the positive and negative sides of all designs. Option – 5 After a long round of discussion, we decided for the option – 5, and started with it. Option – 4 Option – 3

Team 3 Conceptual Basic Designs Plot Number : 7 • The areas were defined. • Here we had to focus on whole to part and vice – versa. • The latest information regarding the height restrictions and area for the retails were received. However, the advantage for us was that we had already considered a maximum height of 20 storey for any building.

These spaces were categorized into utilities, services, etc • These spaces were linked with the excel sheets, to achieve the areas, function wise. • Then we uploaded the space book, which was the first requirement. • It was really good to know that as a team, we were the first to upload the space book as a IFC model
