Background Information Construction is the form of manner of building or putting together parts of a structure. • Construction works divide by many sector, there are transportation sector, raw material sector and worker sector. Increasing price in construction works is the main problem in the construction management.
Objective • Find the reasons for increasing prices of construction works • Find the solutions that can potentially solve this problem.
Research Questions • What are the reasons of increasing prices in construction works? • What are the solutions that can be taken to overcome this problem?
Methodology • 30 respondents • Randomly from all faculties in UMP • Female and Male • Questionnaires distributed around the hostel and cafe KK3 • Analysis the answer from respondents • Analysis the graph.
