  7. City of Phoenix Budget Cycle • Fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30 • Preliminary Budgets have been submitted for the fiscal year 2012-2013 • Community Budget Hearings are ongoing • Council is expected to approve the budget in June • AHUR revenues are continually at risk!
