Background and Context • Established Autumn 2007 • Central to 20 year regeneration scheme on Woodberry Down Estate • Key aims: - develop provision of basic construction skills for local residents - link to other service providers to meet Skills for Life needs - develop work placements with contractors on site and in the borough - maximise access routes for under represented target groups - encourage and enable wider resident engagement and participation in the regeneration process WW/HF Presentation September 2008
