This label aims to recognize and enhance the role of companies in vocational education and training in Europe, promoting high-quality in-company learning mobility for apprentices. Awarded by the Euro Apprenticeship network, the label informs companies about learning mobility opportunities, supports training centers and companies in offering international learning opportunities, and provides internationally recognized recognition.

WHY A LABEL ? A label for recognition • Difficulties to motivate and mobilise enough companies to be involved in hosting and sending, improve support and quality of placements, foster the benefits of transnational mobility in training Our objectives : Raise interest among companies and sector organisations, Valorise the role and commitment of companies, Award them with a label, seen as a mark of recognition, enhancing the visibility of their engagements

OUR AIM Through the label • Inform companies about the opportunity of learning mobility in Europe • Support training centres and companies so that they can offer the best learning opportunities in an international context to their learners • Award companies with an internationally recognized label that proves their fair engagement in offering high quality in-company training opportunities to learners • Develop a CoP about high quality in-company Learning Mobility
ACTORS INVOLVED ISSUING BODY : The Euro Apprenticeship (EAS) network • Issue the label, coordinate and support the Community of Practices of Awarding bodies, APCMA and partners manage the website where members can get access to the EQAMOB&CO label and various communication and marketing tools AWARDING BODY : You! • Support companies either in sending/hosting, monitor the learning mobility. As a member of EAS network: award the label. COMPANIES : Our “target” • Engaged/not yet engaged in high quality outgoing/incoming learning mobility
YOUR ROLE As an awarding body, member of EAS network • Evaluate companies that apply for the EQAMOB&Co label • Award the label and the certificate in accordance with the rules and checklists provided by the issuing body • Supports companies and monitors the learning mobility, • Provide suitable advice and communication tools to companies • Spread the word to European, national, regional, local partners
YOUR TOOLS • Quality guidelines and checklists for accompanying the labelling process and building-up a high-quality learning mobility pathway. • The digital version of the label to ascertain recognition of companies. • Communication, awarding and marketing toolboxes: videos, NO MORE postcards, flyers, logo versions, social media banners, stickers, other gadgets … • Marketing tips and collection of online promotional tools about mobility

HOW TO USE THE TOOLS • The following overviews summarize what tools to use by the awarding bodies according to • the specific target you address: companies not yet involved in mobility or confirmed hosting/sending companies • the message you want to convey • The type of event you want to organise
Recommandations about marketing actions • For the awarding body Organise different type of events / campaigns regarding the targets and the objectives: see Awareness rising / Information / ambassador campaigns Support the awarded company to use the communication materials To advertise about the label, through its own channels, the company has at its disposal some materials such as social banners, digital version of sticker Promote yourself as an awarding body – promote the company Take a picture with the awarded company Make a short video with a smartphone (max 1min)following the script provided by the toolkit. E.g. Ask one or more learners “why did you an internship abroad and why in this company” or “what was the added value of an in-company training experience”? You can share the video with the Issuing Body (providing the script of the interview) to be shared with other awarding bodies Organise awarding events / press conferences / press releases For a group of awarded or a single company Aim to promote locally the company as excellent sending of hosting company All articles published by local newspaper should be sent to the Issuing Body via social networks Share news from and with the Issuing Body as news about awarded companies in other parts of the network, share on social network, newsletter or any other channel
