Problem • The House of Mercy is overcapacity and having a difficult time adequately and safely satisfying the needs of the guests. The House of Mercy needs to either move to a larger location or expand the existing location in order to meet the needs of the current guests. Unfortunately, the House of Mercy lacks support from the city, making a complete relocation to a nearby location infeasible.
Challenge Statement • The Future Facility Team has been tasked with assisting the House of Mercy with the planning and logistics related to solving the current building overcapacity issue. http://i231.photobucket.com/albums/ee220/mkorfhage/crowded.jpg
