Situation with the comments • UK: now focus towards freshwater lake management, wishes of non-lake partners: wetlands, coastal areas! • BTUC: drainage areas need more attention • Denmark: OK • Spain: OK, also own proposal -> some contents to common outline?? • UBA: specified comments (see attachment) • Hungary: ? • Estonia:?
Next Lakepromo seminar in autumn? As the Water Framework Directive is common for all EU-partners, one theme in each seminar could be the regional implementation of WDF.
Tasks of the Swedish partner • are there tasks for the overall operation that have to be transferred to other partners (as JTS expects!) • Possible to get the financial support from the Swedish budget! • Each partner does the work in own region and country, Sweden not possible to include without Swedish partner • Swedish topic in Lakepromo: sewage treatment infrastructure
Model for involving the local people in the pilot regions – tentative ideas • Including local inhabitants in the local project groups? • Meetings with local inhabitants and other users of pilot target areas etc. during pilot target area planning and implementation • Seminars concerning the pilot target area and other publicity measures!
Arranging the participation of the project group in the planning of pilot target areas – tentative ideas • Use of partners’ expertise in practise in new application environments • Overview of learning possibilities from questionnaires • Good practise identification and transfer is one indicator in reports! • Offer case data among partners to everyone’s benefit • Management and restoration planning practices in each region and country • Planning process: ”What would you do in this situation?” • Participation in meetings with local people??
Lakepromo data container - procedure • List of proposed parameters • Short discussion in steering group • Glossary: why a certain piece of data is useful? • Each partner sends explanations for own proposals by 12.5. to LP • LP sends the final data container to partners • Each partner fills in data concerning own pilot area joint table to help pilot phase co-operation
Lakepromo Publicity and information process planning, proposal • The general plan aims to unify Publicity and information process within Lakepromo • Commonly agreed operation model that each partner applies in practise in own area. • A clear picture among partners of how other people will be informed about Lakepromo operation and its results. - Proposal sent in 16.4.05 by e-mail • Every partner’s view to common guideline until 6.5. • Local project groups construct Information and publicity plan in detail in own country and region until 30.6.05.
