  15. Frustrated Cargo Update • On going Actions: • ACA Developed “Shippers 101 Guide” at HAF Review for Approval • ACA Developing GPC Holder Training • Trend Data: • Dover Specific: • Avg Monthly Frustrations Jan 10-Sep 11 = 425 • AvgJan-Apr 2012 = 232 (45% Reduction)

  17. AERIAL PORT UPDATE“TDR/SDR” • Over the past two years we looked deeply at SDR vs TDR, but it’s now evident the TDR will remain our reporting system • Though WEB-SDR may be a future option, it just simply is not far enough along to perform what we need it to do and will not be capable for the foreseeable future • Urgent action items are to improve the TDR submission and feedback process • Development of en-route DODAAC's and TDR compliance using the Discrepancy Identification System, will decrease shipment discrepancies • Allows a streamlined process to include consignor, shipper, transportation carriers, and consignee to ensure proper discrepancy reporting

  18. AERIAL PORT UPDATE“TDR/SDR” • Continued Emphasis on Identification of Discrepant Cargo Originators • Identifying/Utilizing Mechanisms For Assisting in Notifications/Decreasing Instances • Increased HQ Vigilance/Follow-Up • Building Baseline Performance Impact Assessments • Establishing Reduction Goals/Tracking Efforts • Socialize w/Ports • Maintain Oversight
